How many participants are needed to fill the course and what happens if there aren’t enough? To be held, the courses need a minimum of 6 participants. If a course is canceled due to low enrollment, all payments will be fully refunded.
When will I receive detailed information about the course? All participants will be emailed detailed information four weeks prior to course start date.
Participants are eligible for a full refund if they notify us, in writing, about their withdrawal on or before four weeks prior to the course start date, minus a $100 non-refundable deposit fee. No refund is available once the course has started.
