March and May Sessions - Housing and Meal Options

St Clair Guest House
Optional on-campus housing will be available at the St Clair Guest House during the March and May course sessions. Inquiries, reservations and payment can be made using the following link:

St Clair Guest House

The Dining Hall will be closed during the May course sessions, so guests staying at St Clair will need to provide their own meals.

The St Clair Guest House is comprised of two apartments on the main floor, with full kitchens, and 6 individual rooms on the upper floor, with shared bathrooms and a shared common area. The common area features comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, coffee station, refrigerator, microwave and dishware for preparing simple meals.

Meals

Gladfelter Dining Hall will be open during the the March 22-23 Weekend Courses but closed the two weeks of the May courses. Participants are encouraged to bring their own lunches as nearby dining options are limited.

July Sessions - Housing and Meal Options

Housing and meals are available in the residence halls during the July sessions.
Accommodations in the residence halls consist of two single beds, desks and wardrobes with common areas and shared restrooms located down the hallway. Room assignments will be made by gender. If you'd like to share a room with another participant the same week, that can be arranged.

All housing reservations include a weekly meal plan (all meals from Sunday supper - Saturday breakfast).

Housing options:

Meal options:

as weekly meal plan packaged with on-campus housing reservations in July
as a weekly meal plan for those not staying on campus ($195)

To be held, the courses need a minimum of 6 participants. If a course is canceled due to low enrollment, all payments will be fully refunded.

When will I receive detailed information about the course?
All course participants will be emailed detailed information regarding additional course information (or notification if the course doesn't fill), arrival and parking instructions by March 5th for the March weekend course, April 15th for the May courses and by June 15th for the July courses.

March registrants are eligible for a full refund if they notify us, in writing, about their withdrawal on or before March 8th, minus a $25 administrative fee. If registrants withdraw after March 8th (but before the first day of classes), they will receive a 50% refund. No refund is available once the course has started.

May registrants are eligible for a full refund if they notify us, in writing, about their withdrawal on or before April 15th, minus a $25 administrative fee. If registrants withdraw after April 15th (but before the first day of classes), they will receive a 50% refund. No refund is available once the course has started.

July registrants are eligible for a full refund if they notify us in writing about their withdrawal on or before June 15th, minus a $25 administrative fee. If registrants withdraw after June 15th (but before the first day of classes), they will receive a 50% refund. No refund is available once the course has started.
